When you send an inquiry, Alder & Horizon Outdoor Living collects the contact details, project preferences and photos you choose to provide. We use this information to respond, review your project and prepare next steps. Indicating financing interest is not a credit application.
Inquiry records and uploaded photos are stored using our website hosting infrastructure through OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare. Access to the inquiry inbox is restricted. We do not sell the information submitted through this form. We ask for permission before sharing identifiable project details with a prospective manufacturer, installer or financing provider.
We retain inquiries while needed for project follow-up, service and applicable recordkeeping. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion. Please avoid uploading financial documents, identification, photos of people or other sensitive material.
The form records submission time and a hashed network address to limit spam. This site does not currently use advertising pixels or analytics cookies. Any marketing tracking added later will be reflected here.
